All associations throughout the San Luis Obispo County utilize the completely app-based, Sentrilock Bluetooth Lockbox system. In order to access any Sentrilock lockbox in the area, you will need to have your own regional subscription or contact the List Agent directly for individual access. *If you have a membership with Sentrilock from out of the area, it will not work here.

Sentrilock SUPPLIES

The association office has planty of Sentrilock Lockboxes, CR123A batteries, and battery replacement (power) packs available for purchase. We also have a Power Paddle in case of emergencies that can be checked out for short periods of time.

I am an agent from out of the area. How can I get key access here?
In order to get Key Access, you need to have access to CRMLS (Matrix) in our region. If you do not have CRMLS (Matrix) Access, the brokerage’s designated officer will need to establish the office within the system. Then any salespersons may join under that brokerage and gain key access.

  • Santa Maria AOR/Sentrilock Members - If you already have Sentrilock through the Santa Maria Association, and a CRMLS membership with us, we just need to make a phone call and have Sentrilock add our region to your account. There is no additional cost for this but we won’t know unless you tell us!

  • CRMLS Members (out of area) - If you are already a participating member of CRMLS, meaning not via a datashare or reciprocal MLS (see below), there is a one-time set-up fee and then a quarterly access fee.

  • Non-CRMLS Members - If you are not part of CRMLS (including datashares and reciprocals - Flex, MLS Listings, etc), then you (and your broker) will need to have access directly to CRMLS prior to adding access to Sentrilock to your subscription. For assistance, refer to CRMLS Coverage Area.
