However, it is not always easy to understand how local government works, where the funding comes from, what the major issues are right now, and how you, as a community member, can get involved.

In this dynamic, 6-week online professional certificate program, the Davenport Institute team will guide you through a deep dive into local government basics, funding, the relationship between community and local government, hot button issues, and ways to get involved in your local government & community.

Join us for our session “Sustaining the REALTOR®: Mental Health, Accessibility, and Thriving in a High Pressure Industry,” that acknowledges the emotional, cognitive, and physical demands of real estate work and offers accessible, disability inclusive strategies for supporting REALTORS®’ mental health while strengthening client care.

Our speaker will offer insights, resources, and lived experience perspectives, followed by guided questions from our DAAG co‑moderators on sustaining mental health in a high‑pressure industry.

DAAG members will be invited to share in the Zoom chat (or during the meeting) any tools, practices, or community resources that support their own well‑being and professional success. Participants will also explore NAR‑recommended resources, to help build a more supportive and accessible real estate community.
