All CRMLS Members and Affiliates are welcome to attend our Weekly MLS Marketing Meetings held at 8:30 AM, every Tuesday morning in our meeting room located at our office at 1101 Riverside Ave, Paso Robles, CA 93446.
HOW TO PITCH/PROMOTE YOUR LISTING (In-person or via ZOOM):
Email your Listing ID before 5pm the Monday prior OR come to the meeting early and give our host your listing ID so they can pull it up during the meeting. If you arrive too late, your listing will not be displayed during the meeting.HOW TO JOIN THE ZOOM MEETING:
All members of our association should receive an email invite to our meetings every Monday and Tuesday morning and the link is available on CRMLS Announcements. Non-members will need to contact our office staff and provide their CRMLS ID/Listing ID and their email address to receive the Zoom link.
BROKER CARAVAN
Our Broker Caravans are held every Tuesday immediately following our MLS Marketing Meetings.
NEW CARAVAN SECTIONS IN EFFECT!
Effective 7/9/26, our caravan is now in two sections.
“Paso/Lake Naci/Shandon/San Miguel/Bradley 1&3 Tues”
On the first and third Tuesdays of each month, we welcome all listings within 93446 (Paso Robles, Lake Nacimiento, Whitley Gardens, etc ), 93461 (Shandon), 93451 (San Miguel), and 93426 (Bradley & Lake Nacimiento).
“Atas/Creston/Templeton/Santa Margarita 2&4 Tues”
On the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month, we welcome 93422 (Atascadero), 93432 (Creston), 93465 (Templeton), and 93453 (Santa Margarita).
“North San Luis Obispo County all areas 5th Tues”
In the event of a fifth Tuesday in a month (which happens 4-5 times a year), both sections are allowed on the caravan.
If a listing is added to the caravan and it is not the correct zip code, the open house will be deleted and the listing agent(s) will be notified.

Go to revise/modify your listing > Open House >
Enter the correct (Tuesday) Meeting Date > time > attended by >
Enter any Refreshments/ Drawings/ Comments
Select Open House Type "Broker"
*IMPORTANT STEP* At the bottom right corner, find the “Add to Caravan” field > Click “Find a Caravan” > Select “North San Luis Obispo County”* and click “Run Search”
Find the correct date (the closest date will be at the bottom) and select “Fill”
Click “Submit Listing”

Log into CRMLS/Matrix
Hover over the Search tab > Scroll down to "Caravan" (if it does not show, select "more", then “Caravan”)
Select "North San Luis Obispo County"* and find Tuesday's date.
OR Visit us! Every Tuesday, we have printed copies available at the association office.
Affiliates - If you like to get emailed a copy of the list each week, let us know, and we’ll add you to our list!

Confirmation is not required; however, it is a good practice to check the caravan list in Matrix to ensure your open house is displayed on your selected date.

“Re-Listing” on the caravan may occur every 6 months. Please let agents know the previous date it was on a previous caravan in the “comments” section of your Open House form.

CRMLS Members from other associations/areas are absolutely welcome to attend our MLS Meetings and Caravans. You are welcome to pitch, promote, and add your eligible listings to our caravan. The same rules for adding/promoting your listing applies.
Please note that not all CRMLS Members have access to view/add our caravan from your system. Please contact the association or CRMLS for assistance.

A REALTOR® needs to be present at the proprty during the entire length of the listed open house, whether that is the list agent or another REALTOR® on their behalf. An assistant, clerical staff member, or non-REALTOR® may help set-up but they cannot speak on behalf of the list agent/broker. A qualified representative is still highly encouraged for vacant and land properties on caravan for the sake of full disclosure and safety concerns.

No. It is not required to provide food and drinks. It is simply a common tactic to encourage attendance. Due to our area’s affinity to the wine industry, bottles of wine are often offered as a raffle prize but alcohol is never to be served during the caravan.

Unfortunately, you may not, non-members or “guests” are not permitted to attend. Each member pays dues & fees for their membership and access to these meetings is a benefit of that. For any questions, please feel free to contact us.

When we are closed for holidays, please submit your listing(s) to the caravan by the latest business day of regular operation. We typically close for New Years, Martin Luther King Jr Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Please see the Calendar for any changes to our business hours.
