2026 Annual REALTOR® Dues were distributed in November 2025 - due by January 1, 2026. Any unpaid accounts, accounts will be suspended and a local late fee of $30 will be applied February 1st. An additional late fee of $50 from C.A.R. will be applied March 1, 2026. Late fees are non-negotiable.

CURRENT BILLING CYCLE: FIRST QUARTER (Q1) 2026, for MLS/Sentrilock Key Access for the months of January through March 2026 were issued and distributed via email on Wednesday, December 10th, due by December 20th. Auto Pays are processed within 48 hours and a receipt will be emailed upon a successful transaction. Any unpaid accounts will be suspended for non-payment effective January 12, 2026 and will be assessed a non-negotiable $75 reactivation fee.

  • All subscribers to CRMLS (Matrix) and/or Sentrilock Key services are billed directly for their personal account every quarter. Per CRMLS Rules & Regulations, each subscriber will still require a Broker or Appraiser Participant who will be notified of any past due or suspended accounts. If the Broker/Appraiser Participant would like to opt out of direct billing and elects to continue “office billing”, they MUST notify the association office in writing.

    • CRMLS (Matrix) Access Fee: $165/quarter

    • Sentrilock (Key) Access Fee: $42/quarter

    • Listing Input Fee: $10/listing *one-time fee charged whenever a new listing is entered into the MLS

    • Office Transfer Processing Fee: $10 *one-time fee issued at the time of transfer

    • Late Fees: 1.5% of the total balance due assessed every 30 days after original billing date

    • Reactivation Fee: $75

    • Month 1: $165 CRMLS | $42 Sentrilock

    • Month 2: $110 CRMLS | $28 Sentrilock

    • Month 3: $55 CRMLS | $14 Sentrilock PLUS following Quarter fees = $220 | $56

  • If payment is not received within 30 days of billing issue date, the account will be suspended.

    All suspended accounts will incur a Late Fee* of 1.5% of balance total each month until paid. Broker/Appraiser Participant will be provided notice and need to respond with one of the following options:

    • MAKE PAYMENT: Broker/Appraiser Participant (or Subscriber) pays the full balance owed including Late Fee and Reconnection Fee.

    • MLS WAIVER: Broker/Appraiser Participant and Subscriber agree to inactivate the subscriber from the MLS (and Key services, when applicable) by signing an MLS Waiver Form. MLS and Key Fees are waived. Subscriber is responsible for any Listing Input Fees and Late Fees.

    • DROP: Broker/Appraiser Participant decides to drop subscriber from their office/license. Broker/Appraiser Participant will pay any Listing Input Fees and Late Fees. Subscriber’s applicable MLS and Key Fees are waived.

    To reconnect accounts, subscribers will pay according to the Proration Schedule above PLUS any applicable Listing Inputs, Late fees, and $75 Ractivation Fee. Reactivation Fee is charged at the time of account restoration.

    *Late Fees and Reactivation fees will not be waived for any reason

    • All members are responsible for keeping their preferred billing email address up-to-date with the association to ensure statements are received promptly. Billing email addresses may be different from the email address used for MLS and other real estate correspondence.

    • The association will endeavor to get a statement to each member; however, it is the member’s responsibility to know when the fees are due. Failure to receive a bill does not relieve the member of the responsibility to pay fees when due, nor does it relieve them of paying a reactivation fee when payments are received after the due date.

  • There are a variety of ways to provide your quarterly payments to the association. Please click the options below for further details.

  • Members can pay their balance through an online payment portal available through our website. A secure login and password will be required. See MEMBER PORTAL section below for login instructions.

    • Complete/Return QUARTERLY AUTO PAY FORM

    • The association will keep a credit card securely on file and quarterly payments will be processed automatically.

    • Those who opt-in are solely responsible for ensuring their credit card stays up-to-date so there are no missed payments, risk of suspension, or late fees incurred.

    • Declined/Expired Cards: The association will run credit cards once. For those whose cards are not successful, we will attempt to provide one courtesy notification. If a valid form of payment is not received by the due date, your payment is considered late and risk suspension.

    • Checks should be made payable to NSLOCAOR. Checks must include Member’s name, number, or include a copy of their statement. The association is not responsible for timely deposit of checks received with no identifying information.

    • Checks may take up to 2 weeks to process. DO NOT send checks by certified mail, or other means requiring a signature, they will be returned.

  • The association office is located at 1101-A Riverside Ave, Paso Robles, CA 93446 (near Cool Hand Luke’s). Payments are accepted every weekday until 4:30 PM. We do not have an after hours payment box.


  • In the MEMBER PORTAL, members can make payments online and update their account information to ensure their statements are delivered to the correct email address each quarter.

  • Use your MLS Login ID as your Username. Password is different than the MLS. First-time users should use the “Forgot Your Password” link to create a password.

    Login ID:

    • REALTORS®: Login ID is the same as your MLS ID *If you do not subscribe to the MLS, Contact Us to get your Username.

    • AFFILIATES: Your Login ID will be “NS”, Last Name, First Initial (ie. John Smith, NSSMITHJ). *There are a few exceptions to this, like those with “long last names”. Contact Us for assistance.

    Password: First-Time Users will need to use the “Forgot Your Password” to “reset” (or create) your password.

  • To make sure you receive your statement in a timely fashion, please make sure the association has your preferred “billing” email address. This may be different than the address where you receive MLS and real estate communications.

    • Each member will need to update their password and, once complete, re-enter the portal

    • Click MENU on the upper right corner

    • Select “Membership Profile” and click on “Email Address Update”

    • Enter your preferred billing email address

    • Click the “Submit” button


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Make sure you check the box next to each charge to provide payment. If a box is left unchecked, your payment will be applied to all of your charges. If you have trouble, please feel free to call the association at 805-238-1244.

  • These MLS/Key fees are not to be confused with your “Annual REALTOR® Dues”. Your REALTOR® Dues renew your REALTOR® Membership which connects you to NAR, CAR, and us, your local AOR. These Quarterly Fees are payment for your access to CRMLS (Matrix) and/or Sentrilock (Key).

  • This is something we are still working through. Currently, all clerical users are added to the responsible broker’s statement. Because there are various situations where this should not be the case (ie. personal assitant/TC for a specific agent), then you can either pay the broker or call us directly to provide payment. We are trying to adjust these settings for future billing. Call for more information.

  • As a broker/appraiser participant, you may choose to be billed as an office. You MUST provide this request to the association in writing.
